LEARN NOW PAY LATER AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS FORM A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN SKILLUP LIMITED (THE “COMPANY”) AND YOU (THE “TRAINEE”). BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS (PAYMENT PLAN INCLUSIVE) CONTAINED HEREIN.
Following your application to undergo a training program (the “Training”) under the Learn Now Pay Later (LNPL) Scheme, we are pleased to inform you that Skillup Africa Limited (“Skillup”) is willing to accept you into the LNPL Scheme in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. The Trainee shall pay the Fees inclusive of the interest in accordance as stated below:
   • Two Installment Plan: The Trainee shall be required to make the First Payment upon the execution of this Agreement and the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent (the “Commencement Date”). The Final Payment shall be made on the 30th day from the Commencement Date. Provided that the duration of the two-instalment plan shall be thirty (30) days.
2. In order to effectuate the timely payment of the Fees, the Trainee hereby authorizes and directs Skillup to initiate automatic debit entries to the Trainee’s nominated bank account as provided in this Agreement.

3. Skillup shall utilize the services of Paystack Payments Limited (“Paystack”), experts in payment transaction or any other payment processor, to process the payments from the Trainee.

4. In the event of the Trainee’s default in making any installment payment on the due dates stipulated above, for whatever reason, the Trainee shall have a grace period of three (3) days to remedy the default (“Grace Period”). If the Trainee fails to pay the outstanding payment in excess of the Grace Period, SkillUp shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and consequently effect the withdrawal of the Trainee from the Training.
